Leadership Summit 2003

We are pleased to share with you that ICAS co-sponsored Leadership Summit 2003,
held March 21-23 at the University of Pennsylvania, which was organised by National Asian American Student Conference
National Board and Penn Asian Pacific Student Coalition. The programs drew over 300 delegates from
around the country and that Clarence Tong, ICAS Intern and a junior Political Science
& Economics major at Penn played a key role as Co-Chair of the event.
Of particular note is that Kyung Won Lee, an investigative reporter for the Sacramento Union, was
keynote speaker.
