North Korea's Nuclear Issues
Six-party Talks to be held in Beijing
August 26 - August 28, 2003
Dear Friend:
We are pleased to share with you that His Excellency Zhaoxing Li, Foreign Minister of People's Republic of China,
will host the Six-party Talks beginning Tuesday, 26th, through Thursday, 28th, in Beijing to resolve the North Korea's
nuclear issues. The three-day meeting will involve China, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Russia and the United States.
Assistant Secretary of State James Kelly and Deputy Foreign Minister Yong Il Kim will represent the United States and
North Korea, respectively.
His Excellency Li -then, Ambassador to Washington- was keynote speaker* for ICAS Spring Symposium on May 1, 2000 and
endowed his Trophy for ICAS Liberty Golf Classic Invitational**. Thank you.
