Alexander K Kim

ICAS Volunteer Legion of Merit



Dear Friend:

We are pleased to share with you that Alexander K Kim has been appointed ICAS Volunteer Legion of Merit, effective immediately. As such, Alex is also a member of the ICAS Youth Excellence Program.

This particular distinction is awarded to Alex in recognition of his volunteer spirit, his effort to grow, coupled with his enthusiasm to learn and develop, and his commitment to serve for the advancement and betterment of the community where he and we all belong to and of his volunteer hours accrued to date exceeding one hundred and fifity (150) hours.

Last year, Alex presented a paper "Thurgood Marshall: American Revolutionary" at the "ICAS Summer Symposium: The Korean Diaspora" <www.icasinc.org/2004/2004m/2004msym.html>. He is currrently a junior in Wissahickon Senior High School, Ambler, Pennsylvania.
