We are pleased to share with you that Dan Blumenthal will address "The US Interests in the Korean Peninsula and Outlook for the US-South Korea Relations: quo vadis quo jure quo modo?" at the ICAS Fall Symposium 2005.

Dan is Resident Fellow with American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research (AEI). He joined AEI in November 2004. Previously, he was senior director for China, Taiwan and Mongolia in the Secretary of Defense's Office of International Security Affairs. Before his service at the Department of Defense, Dan was practicing law in New York.

Dan received BA and MA from Washington University and School of Advanced International Studies Johns Hopkins University, respectively. He earned JD from Duke University School of Law.

He writes for AEI's Asian Outlook series.
