We are pleased to share with you that "T.
S." Tong Soo Chung has been named ICAS Fellow effective immediately.
"T.S." is presently Head of Invest Korea (KOTRA), the Korean national investment promotion
agency, which was established in 1998 under the Foreign Investment Promotion Act.
In the summer of 2000 he was an invited featured speaker at the
ICAS Summer
Symposium.
