and Officers of the Heritage Foundation at The Heritage Foundation's 30th Annual
Resource Bank Meeting in Philadelphia. Also joined were Chi Wan Kim, Il Hwan Kim,

This year's
Meeting gathered over 650 think tank executives, public interest lawyers, policy
experts, elected officials from around the world to discuss issues, strategies,
and methods for advancing free market, limited government and public policies.
