of Honour at the ICAS Annual Liberty Award Dinner 2007 held today in Philadelphia and
that he received the ICAS Annual Liberty Award 2007 for his outstanding diplomatic
achievements and distinguished foreign service advancing the Korea-US relations
and the great humanistic values; Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness, thus joining
the cadre of the previous honourees.
The Ambassador was also awarded the title of ICAS Liberty Foundation Distinguished Fellow based on
his outstanding professional achievements and high commitment to humanity and public
service and becomes part of the resources network spanning the globe.
