Hyung Min Joo appointed ICAS Associate

Dear Friend: We are pleased to share with you that Hyung Min Joo has been appointed, effective immediately, ICAS Associate. Hyung Min is a recent graduate of J.D. / LL.M. in Taxation Program at Georgetown University in Washington D.C., and an alumnus of Columbia University in the City of New York where he studied Engineering of Management System and Economics. After college and before law school, he honourably served in the Republic of Korea Air Force as a first lieutenant. Thank you.
