Jai Ryong Ha appointed ICAS Advisor

Dear Friend: We are pleased to share with you that Jai Ryong Ha has been appointed, effective immediately, ICAS Advisor. Jai Ryong Ha is a Professor at Sunmoon University, Choongnam, South Korea. Jai currently teaches Labor Policy Study, Public Policy Making and Foreign Public Administration. He is the author of six books: Leader and Leadership (Pakyoungsa, Seoul, South Korea 2014), Controlling Government (Pakyoungsa, Seoul, South Korea 2013), Public Organization Theory (Pakyoungsa, Seoul, South Korea 2012), Public Administration in Global Era (Hanall, Seoul, South Korea 2012), Understanding Modern Public Administration (Daeyoungmunhwasa, Seoul, South Korea 2007), and Labor Administration (Pakyoungsa, Seoul, South Korea 2004). Jai holds memberships in the Korean Association of Public Administration, the Korean Association of Public Policy, and the Korean Society of Public Personnel Administration. Jai received his BA with Honors in English at Kookmin University, Seoul, South Korea, and earned both an MA and PhD in Political Science at Temple University. Thank you.
