Institute for Corean-American Studies Djun Kil Kim Biographic Sketch Djun Kil Kim, ICAS Fellow, was most recently Minister for Public Affairs at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the United States of America, and had a long and distinguished career in government service, media and cultural affairs. He is now an independent analyst based in Seoul, and affiliated with the Graduate School of International Studies, Yonsei University, lecturing on public diplomacy.
