Dear Friend: We are pleased to share with you that the ICAS Executives visited the US Navy SSBN Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific today and received relevant briefings by the Commanders in Charge. The SSBN submarines provide the sea-based leg of the US nuclear triad. Each SSBN submarine is armed with up to 24 Trident II submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBM). Thank you. | |
