We are pleased to share with you that Judge Lucy Koh has been nominated by President Joe Biden as judicial candidate for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Lucy will be the first Korean-American woman to serve as a federal appellate judge and she has served as a US District Court Judge for the Northern District of California since 2010.

She was conferred ICAS Liberty Award (www.icasinc.org/liberty.html) and a title of ICAS Fellow (www.icasinc.org/roster.html) in 2011.
