We are pleased to share with you that Murray Levin Esq, ICAS Fellow (www.icasinc.org/roster.html), has been named ICAS General Counsel, effective immediately.

Murray has had a long and distinguished career as a practising attorney and litigator.

He clerked upon graduation from a law school for federal Judge A Leon Higginbotham Jr and then joined Troutman Pepper where Murray served as a partner for more than forty years. Murray is presently senior counsel to the firm.

While practicing law, Murray has found time to serve on the boards of several private schools, a major medical institution, religious charities, foreign affairs think tanks and international bar associations based in Paris. His international interests have taken him to some sixty countries on every continent.

On the political front Murray ran unsuccessfully for the Democratic nomination for the US Senate and currently serves as an Executive Committee member of the State-wide, County-wide and local Democratic Party organizations.

He received BA and Phi Beta Kappa from Haverford College and MA from Harvard University. Murray earned LLB from Harvard Law School.
