We are pleased to share with you that Alex Gray will address the ICAS Winter Symposium Veritas 2026 with a special emphasis on "The Trump Doctrine, Workd Affairs and US National Security".

Alexander B Gray is CEO of American Global Strategies LLC, an international strategic advisory firm he co-founded with former National Security Advisor Robert C. O’Brien. His practice spans defense, aerospace, maritime, and technology sectors.

Alex previously served as Deputy Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff of the White House National Security Council (NSC), overseeing daily operations, budget, personnel, and security. He was also Special Assistant to the President for the Defense Industrial Base at the National Economic Council and the first Director for Oceania and Indo-Pacific Security at the NSC.

Alex served on the 2016 Presidential Transition Team at the US Department of State and as Senior Advisor to Congressman J Randy Forbes. He is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Senior Fellow at the American Foreign Policy Council, and Senior Nonresident Fellow at the Global Taiwan Institute.

Alex is a Strategic Counselor at Ballard Partners and serves on advisory boards for Fairbanks Morse Defense, Citizen Capital, and others. His work has been published in The Wall Street Journal, Foreign Policy, Newsweek, The National Interest, and more.

He has been honored with the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Public Service, the NSC’s Outstanding Service Award, and recognition by Maverick PAC and Tinker Air Force Base. He also serves on several boards and councils related to national security and economic policy.
