Delegate Tim Hugo, a lifelong Virginian, has served in the Virginia General Assembly since 2002, and currently serves as House Majority Caucus Chairman. He serves on Commerce and Labor, Transportation, Finance, and Privileges and Election committees.

Tim is the Executive Director of an association that provides free online filing of federal tax returns to low and moderate income families; his association has helped over 47 million taxpayers successfully file their taxes since 2003. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary, and received a Kodak Fellowship for the Senior Managers in Government Program, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.

Tim lives in Clifton with his wife, Paula, and their four children.
