Martin Meyerson Award for Excellence
Endowed
Dear Friend:
We are pleased to share with you that
ICAS has established the endowed Martin Meyerson Award for Excellence.
This Award
will recognize those young people who demonstrate achievements with high distinction
in varied areas including academic performance, community service, leadership roles,
public affairs and volunteering with prize money and certificate as part of the
ICAS Youth Excellence Fellowship Award at an annual "ICAS Summer Symposium: The Korean
Diaspora". The Award ceremony this year will take place on August 4, 2007 in Blue
Bell, Pennsylvania.
Professor Martin Meyerson is President
Emeritus and University Professor, University of Pennsylvania and ICAS Distinguished
Fellow and a recipient of ICAS Liberty Award.
The Martin Meyerson Award for Excellence will make the fifth endowed Award
to the current list of the ICAS Youth Excellence Fellowship Award.
