We are pleased to share with you that C K Kang is appointed as Counselor for K-12 Project of the ICAS Youth Excellence Program, effective immediately.
C K is a licensed and certified bilingual counselor for elementary and secondary school in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and currently Counselor for Lowell Elementary School in Philadelphia.
