and Oppontunity) and Jay P Lefkowitz (Litigation Partner, Kirkland & Ellis LLP,
New York; former Ambassador and Special Envoy on Human Rights in North Korea, US
State Department; North Korean Human Rights Issues: Hear Ye! Hear Ye!). Discussants
included William Connery (Editor, Asia Pacific Peace Institute) and Michael Marshall
(Editor-in-Chief, UPI).
C-SPAN is a private, non-profit company, created in 1979
